The single most impactful trait that an organization can have to ensure long-term survival is adaptability. Kaizen is the mechanism through which adaptability is developed and applied toward establishing a harmonized and well-balanced business ecosystem.
Many C-Level leaders are so consumed with the politics of their role that they fail to make time to check-in and make sure the details of day-to-day operations are buttoned up.
