Many C-Level leaders are so consumed with the politics of their role that they fail to make time to check-in and make sure the details of day-to-day operations are buttoned up. This lack of visibility to ground-level execution leaves leaders out of touch with a skewed sense of reality, making them virtually ineffective in their role.
